Are you looking for the next step in your development journey? We are now seeking a senior business developer for an exciting assignment where you will combine strategy, change management, and requirements specification – in close collaboration with both IT and the business.

Here, you will work on improvements that are actually implemented, in an organization with a fast pace and great trust in expertise.

In this assignment, you will:

• Work with requirements specification, acceptance criteria, and testing of new and existing IT solutions
• Lead risk analyses and drive improvement initiatives together with the business
• Act as a business specialist in central projects
• Contribute to increased quality, efficiency, and sustainable long-term solutions
• Lead assignments according to established project methodology (PPS)

This is a role where you both drive, improve, and implement – together with a team that trusts your expertise.

We are looking for someone who…

Has an academic degree or equivalent experience as a civil engineer/economist Has several years of experience in business development, preferably in the intersection between IT and business Is accustomed to working with requirements specification, change management, and acceptance testing Enjoys taking responsibility and working independently Is flexible, unpretentious, and good at building trust

Meritorious:

• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Previous work according to PPS or similar project model

• Location: On-site in Solna
• Start: As soon as possible (latest by March 24, 2025)
• Duration: Until September 30, 2025
• Scope: 100 %
• Remote work: Not possible
